Certified Organic Probiotics: In-Liven

In-Liven is different to other probiotic products in a number of important ways.

Bacteria need certain conditions to live and grow. These conditions include; temperature, air, moisture, & PH etc. If any of these conditions is altered the bacteria will die. The 12 strains of Lactobacillus bacteria used in In-Liven have been 'evolved' so that it can withstand the extremes of these conditions to still grow and colonise within our bodies. This factor is a very important benefit for you because it is not how many individual bacteria are in the probiotic you take but whether or not it can form colonies and multiply within your body. In-Liven contains 30-50 million colony forming units.

In addition to these evolved bacteria is a 13th strain; sporogenes; an ancient strain of bacteria found in the extreme conditions of the Himalayan highlands. This bacteria has been used for thousands of years to ferment high fat yak's milk into yogurt & butter.

In order to colonise & grow within the limited time it remains in your body before being excreted, the bacteria need a source of food readily accessible to it. This is one of the reasons In-Liven contains 26 certified organic living whole foods. The selected ingredients come fresh from organic farms. It is then processed according to the proprietary formulation into the powder like form of the end product.

During this processing enzymes break down the indigestible cellulose of the food making the nutrients 100% available to you. Processing never goes above 35°C so none of the nutrients are destroyed by heat. It contains all the nutrition of the 26 certified organic living whole foods reduced into an easy to digest powder which can be added to juice, water or sprinkled onto food.

How to use In-Liven.

For maintenance of a healthy balance of intestinal bacteria take 1 teaspoon daily mixed into juice or water.

To implement a cleansing program, take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily for 10-14 days, 30mins before a meal. Eat plenty of fresh (preferably organic) whole foods; particularly fruit, vegetables & grain. Drink water regularly throughout the day, at least 8-10 glasses.

For optimum health, it is recommended to undertake a cleansing program seasonally (every 3-4 months) throughout the year.

Some people may find they suffer some uncomfortable reactions. This may include constipation or diarrhoea, headaches etc. If this occurs, it is important to drink more water to flush the toxins from your system quicker or slow down the process by taking a lesser amount daily.

Food intolerance may be eliminated by the introduction of bacteria. As the whole foods used in In-Liven have already been broken down during processing, intolerance to the particular ingredients used may not be relevant. If you have a known food intolerance to any of the ingredients used in In-Liven, start by taking only 1/4 teaspoon and observe your body's response. Then increase the amount slowly until you are taking a standard dose as described above.
